A: Absolutely not. This is a no-pressure, optional-sharing space. You’ll get just as much from the reflection tools as from the conversations.

 

Q: Can I attend if I’ve never done therapy?

A: Yes! This group is perfect for anyone who’s curious about inner work, even if therapy has felt too intense or inaccessible.

 

Q: Is this religious or spiritual?

A: The group is not faith-based, but it honours emotional safety, self-connection, and inner peace in whatever way feels meaningful to you.

 

Q: Will the session be recorded?

A: No — to protect privacy and intimacy, this is a live, off-camera space.
