Keeping Up Appearances

December asks a lot of people who are already stretched. There are presents, plans, travel, and the pressure to say yes and look as though you're managing, often while money is tighter than anyone knows. This workshop makes space for the quiet stress of keeping up: the shame that often sits around money, the fear of letting people down, and the tiring effort of seeming fine. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what matters to you this season, and permission to choose it.

No one will be asked to talk about money. Not what you earn, owe or spend. You can keep all of that completely private and still get something from the session.

What to expect

A calm, small group of up to 15 people. The workshop combines a short, plain-language talk with a private reflection exercise, an optional conversation in pairs, and something small to take home.…
