Integrated Healthcare
Clinical Partnerships
Quiet Time Therapy works alongside a small number of trusted medical and specialist partners — so care moves together, and nothing falls through the gap between the consulting room and the clinic.
We partner with doctors and clinical services whose care meets ours where it matters most: at the point where the medical and the psychological can't be cleanly separated. These are the relationships that shape how we refer, and how clients find their way to us.

How our referrals work
One practice model, held consistently across every partnership.
Referral
A referral form on this site, open to clients, professionals, and family. First contact is made within 48 hours.
Intake
Every referral is reviewed by our Clinical Director for suitability and fit, before being matched to an accredited associate therapist for assessment and therapy.
Clinical oversight
Clinical responsibility for the service sits with the Clinical Director. Safeguarding and clinical supervision are held at this level — so there is always senior oversight standing behind the work.
The therapeutic work
The therapy itself is held by the treating therapist. The relationship in the room, the direction of the work, and the clinical judgement within each session are theirs — supported by supervision, never replaced by it.

Quiet Time Therapy provides the psychological therapy offered within Dr Nnadi's practice, working alongside its medical and psychiatric care. We support patients through body image and self-worth, wellbeing, and the psychological adjustment that often follows a diagnosis — integrative therapy held within a wider model of care.
A reciprocal partnership with a CQC-registered ADHD and autism assessment clinic in Milton Keynes. We hold the depth work that often begins after diagnosis, identity, shame, adjustment, so that an assessment leads somewhere, and support doesn't end when the report does.
A reciprocal partnership with Dr Nikki Ramskill's independent women's health practice, specialising in perimenopause, PMDD, fertility, and chronic pelvic conditions. Psychological therapy and women's health care move together here — so the emotional weight of these experiences is met with the same seriousness as the physical.
