Carrying Everyone

This workshop is for anyone who carries a lot for other people and has lost track of what they need themselves. We'll look at where that role came from, what it costs, and who you are beneath being useful. Here, your needs are welcome before they are justified.

What to expect

A calm, small group of up to 15 people. The workshop combines a short, plain-language talk with a private reflection exercise, an optional conversation in pairs, and something small to take home. You can share as much or as little as you like, or simply listen. You don't need to talk to take part.
